I am a local girl with local roots in Montgomery. While I haven’t lived here all my life I always come back home. Who can resist this heat, right?

Here’s a couple of things about ME:

*I don’t like birds, snakes, or monkeys
*I don’t eat anything Bubba gives me (you shouldn’t either)
*Cereal is my favorite food because I don’t cook
*I was born here in Montgomery, went to Highland Gardens and Head Elementary Schools, then it was on to the Millbrook School system.
*I have one 16 year old boy that is the equivalent to having five boys
*I love working for Bama Country with John Garrett, Dr. Sam, & Bubba!

    C. J. First you have a wonderful voice and do a great job. I mostly listen to 96.1 because the music brings back memories. Your traffic reports are excellent. I use to listen more to country and remember you on that station. I am going to listening a little to you in the morning on 98.9. I always liked your voice, but when I saw you and saw your picture I also think you are very easy on the eyes.

    CJ, I love your morning show!! I listen to ya’ll every morning on my way home from work. I work at the Elmore County Jail as a Corrections officer from 6pm til 6am. So, I LOVE to listen to ya’ll on my drive home….it purks me up and keeps me awake.. Sometimes, I just look like a fool, ridin down the road and laughin at ya’ll. Again….GREAT JOB! Keep up the good work. Oh…..way back when,, and still today…..I’ve always wanted to work in your line of work. Take care and God Bless!

    Happy New Year CJ! Hope it’s all good for you. I was listening this morning and I heard you give the Tucker Treat-of-the-Day away but I didn’t hear the winner of the $50 gift card for the previous week. Bubba was filling in for you & John last week and he said you would handle that when you returned. Can you tell me who won please? I had entered my grandson, Cash Woodruff, who turned 3 the day after Christmas. Thanks!!

    Hey CJ. I was the winner of one of the PC trips you all gave away in Dec. I called the other day to make my reservation in April and they said there will be a $118 cleaning fee. My paperwork says all fees are paid but I thought I would check with you and John. Do you know if this fee should be included? Thanks for checking and I can’t wait to go to Panama City in April!!

    hey cj…..feel free to share this on the radio. it’s my dedication to dick clark………dick made rock and roll popular. without dick, rock and roll wouldn’t have been mainstream, more along the lines of underground music. i can remember looking for dick on “rockin’ new years eve”. my favorite was watching dick swing around with the music when he didn’t know the cameras were looking. after his stroke, dick wasn’t the same, obviously, but in true dick fashion, he stood tall, even with his condition, still plowed on. new years will not be the same without dick. my mom really took it hard. she loved dick. she would tell me when she was a young woman, she always looked forward to dick on new years…….i guess those days are gone now. RIP dick clark.
